Instructions for presentations

Instructions for oral communications:
The use of your own laptop is encouraged to present your Oral communication (15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes questions). This should avoid incompatible software issues.
Speakers are required to connect their PC or to provide their presentation in electronic format as early as possible BEFORE the session.
If you prefer using the computer available in each conference room, please note that the only formats allowed are: .pdf .ppt and .odp (NOT .pptx).
Instructions for Poster preparation:
The preferred size of posters is A0 (841mm width × 1189mm height).
